Hi,
The GSS-SPNEGO is working great for POP/IMAP/SMTP on thunderbird is
there anyway you could append to the ldap client ?
Or is there any hidden config/hack we could use to make TB LDAP client
work with this authentification méthod ?
I already post the question in mozilla.support.thunderbird over here..

What OS are you interested in? There was some work earlier this year to
add LDAP SASL/GSSAPI to T-Bird - but I haven't heard from that guy in a
few months now, so I'm afraid that work has stalled.
The Mozilla LDAP C SDK version 6, on unix/linux platforms only, has
support for SASL/GSSAPI, using the Cyrus SASL libraries. You might be
able to hack the t-bird ldap source code to use
ldap_sasl_interactive_bind() instead of whatever bind method it is
currently using. I'm not sure if Cyrus SASL supports SPNEGO.
