Today I could compile the nss libraries, but as I have not
much experience with autoconf, I modified the configure
script and some WIN32-specific files.
I also had to use the C versions of the PR_StackPush and
PR_StackPop atomic functions, because the cl compiler of VS2005 does
not support the __asm, and I don't know the masm64 Microsoft
Assembler.
