you just use prldap_init() instead of ldap_init() and then set
PRLDAP_OPT_IO_MAX_TIMEOUT like we discussed before, thats all.
one thing to keep in mind is that prldap_init() will set NSPR
to be used for all I/O but i dont think that can be any issue.
