My users want to give me a string of characters, maybe digits, maybe alpha, maybe both. I need to search for whole and partial matches in any attribute. How can I do this? I'm an ldap newbie. Can this be done with one query? Or do I have to complete a specific search in each attribute, and then combine the results later? I was unable to find this answer in ldapv3 docs.
