I found a page that lists ideas for networking-related telemetry probes. I'd like to have this as complete and up-to-date as possible so we can easily prioritize implementations. Bug numbers associated with list entries would be great. Perhaps it would also be good to make these lists ordered lists based on priority rather than bullet-point lists?
