Hey Brian, Bug 707436 was filed. I asked in an email thread to Josh and others if that bug addressed all of the slow startups that Taras reported [1]. I was told yes. If it is allowed to be uplifted to m-a, we're good. If not, we need to back out the disk cache enablement on m-a.
