I see.
My .xpi is installable in Mozilla also because it includes a install.js file on .xpi root.

But I would like to do it without human intervention

Mozilla (seamonkey) does not support the same extension format as
Firefox (or Netscape 8), and it doesn't have the same convenient
command line options for installation.

Hello, All.

Is there any way to install an extension silently on the mozilla browser ?

I have a .xpi file installable in mozilla, firefox and netscape.
On Firefox and netscape we can use the -install-global-extension switch and
the extension gets installed silently.

In mozilla that switch apparently doesn't exist....

Can anyone help me on this issue?

Thank you very much in advance
