Thanks to jshin's hard work (see bug 162361), the XPCOM nsIFile
implementation for Win32 now stores a unicode file path instead of a
multi-byte file path :-)  Needless to say, this is a huge improvement
for the Mozilla platform and something that we've dearly needed for a
long time.

There is still work to be done (in the form of bug 278161) to make the
browser fully support unicode file paths, as the conversion between
file path and file URL remains lossy.  However, the bulk of the work
is now behind us.
