Hi all i'm totally new about xpcom i would like to develop a new application using xpcom so i decided to start from this link Creating a C++ XPCOM component but i receive the error i wrote in the object also i notice that there is no installation code in the js script. So i ask if there is a complete xpcom example whit installation code from remote site that i can use as drive for my application . I need to develop a code to open the serial (or usb) device from firefox and read the data and put on the screen. thank you
