Which browser version? Which browser version is the extension built against?
Is this a Mozilla.org build? If so, is there a talkback incident id? If not
(e.g. if this is a Linux distro provided build), you probably want to install
whatever debuginfo-like packages your distro has and catch the crash in gdb or
some other debugger.
