So I propose we update the meeting format to reflect this new reality by delegating the tracking of individual tasks to the various teams doing the work and focusing the meeting on coordination between those teams.
Okay, I'm going to go ahead and make this change starting with the meeting this Tuesday, May 15.

Be patient! It'll take a few weeks to transition to the new format. And it might feel uncomfortable at first. But let's give it a shot and then reevaluate after a few weeks to see what we think.

I'll be the first collator of the overall Apps status. So if you or someone on your team is doing apps-related work, let me know the status of that work by 2pm PT Monday, May 14. Status can be in the format of your choosing but should include:

 * a brief summary of the work being done (f.e. "implementing AppCache
   enhancements", "analyzing top-100 apps")
 * the person who is responsible for doing the work (or making sure it
   gets done)
 * its deadline/target milestone (f.e. May 31, Q2, Firefox 15)
 * the status of the work in one phrase (ON TRACK, AT RISK, MISS)
 * any additional information you think is useful
     o an extended description of the work being done
     o references to additional sources of information about the work
       (bug numbers, wiki pages, etc.)
     o more details about the status of the work
