DRM does not imply Flash.

B2G has this problem, as it will not support Flash. I don't know how the
B2G team propose to deal with this; perhaps we will eventually accept
one form or another of the HTML5 <video> DRM proposals.

The B2G launch is, as I understand it, the primary use case for
Marketplace v.1. If it sucks without Flash apps, it sucks. If we allow
Flash, that makes it more likely people will rely on it - and even if
they just do so a little bit, it means that app doesn't work properly on
B2G and the B2G launch gets a little worse.

I hope that's true; but the question is whether we should give it a
