There's no flash support in Firefox OS, and no plan to add that currently.

You can play mp3s on devices builds (these use the hardware decoder). On
desktop, we have work ongoing to support that on windows and mac os. On
linux, this works if you compile with --enable-gstreamer and install the
appropriate gstreamer plugin.
