I have never before worked on a project of this level of sophistication, so
I would really appreciate a mentor. I would like him to help me decide the
proper technologies to use for front-end and back-end, and correctly

Sounds like something I'm capable of doing. So I volunteer to being a
mentor.
I currently don't have much times to write code, but I'll be happy to do
all sorts of reviews and discussions.
