if you don’t have access to Mozilla’s private builds flashing a Flame can be a
bit daunting [1]. To make developers life's easier I created a little nom
script flash-b2g:

Get started with `npm install -g flash-b2g`, assuming you have npm and adb
installed.
It will download the latest gaia and gecko build from Mozilla’s public build
server and put it on the phone. As bonus it can disable the first-time user
experience and set up lots of developer preferences, so you don’t need to hunt
down the Developer settings after flashing. More documentation and background
can be found on the github page.
