The method initBaseUri() in the class ServletRequestContext will append the 
port 443 to https requests.  It checks only if the port is 80 (standard http) 
and does not append that port, otherwise it appends a port number to the 
baseUri.  The port 443 is the standard HTTPS port and does not need to be 
appended to the URL if the request is an https request.

change line 208 to :
 if ((port != 80) && (port != 443))
