Testing

Functional Test (Auto): Executed successful run of Simple and Stress tests with
and without ACCUMULO_CONF_DIR set.
Continuous/Random Walk/Scalability - Executed simple tests to verify that
ACCUMULO_CONF_DIR defaults to ACCUMULO_HOME/conf if missing.
