Jenkins publishing source and javadoc jars

Realized this morning, after not having Accumulo open in Eclipse, that 
Jenkins wasn't deploying source jars.

After talking with Christopher in #accumulo, he suggested including 
'source:jar javadoc:jar' in the Maven command. I tried this out on the 
master branch job and it appears to have the desired outcome.

I updated the other 3 jobs. If you see any failures, let me know and we 
can take a look why.
