I'm not sure why or when the "true" parameter should be used in the cases
where it currently is used (in ClusterUser, randomwalk Environment, and the
cluster harness classes). They don't appear to be tests of the method, but
rather, tests which just happen to use that method. So, the tests themselves
won't be deprecated with this method's deprecation.
Since I'm not familiar enough to know how to move those tests off of this
method, I'm just going to make sure we don't create additional warnings, by
suppressing the use of deprecation warning in those areas where this method is
still used.
