+1 (non-binding)

* check hashes and verified signature for bin package
* ran release locally with Uno
* built and ran integration tests for Fluo and Fluo Recipes using release

In this release, the upgrade of Thrift to 1.9.3 caused tests to fail for
Fluo until I upgraded Fluo to use Thrift 1.9.3.  Users should be warned
about this in release notes.
