According to
[Hadoop](https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/r2.7.2/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-hdfs/hdfs-default.xml),
the default setting for dfs.permissions.enabled is true.
So I guess the question is whether our current tests are enough or not.
