The Accumulo website has been updated to stage draft release notes for future Accumulo releases. While these pages are visible, there a no links to them on the website and they contain warnings if a user stumbles upon them:

This is easier when the work is fresh in your mind. An easy way to make changes to these pages is to use GitHub to edit, preview, and submit a pull request with your changes.
