Overall, it looks good to me. Regarding the trademark issue with that domain, I think it is either a problem we should pursue further (reach out to Amazon, the registrar?), or it's not a problem worth our time, and we should drop it. I'm not sure which is the case, I don't think it's worth tracking indefinitely.
