The ResponseCorrelator needs to have a way to set the desired max timeout for a
response. The factory should look in the properties for a property named.
transport.ResponseCorrelator.maxResponseWaitTime to set the configured time.
The default of 3 seconds should be kept as the default when the property is not
set.
