Bug in ActiveMq portfolio web sample: F5 broweser refresh in My Portfolio
blocks Portfolio Publisher and all connected clients.

1) Start Portfolio Web Sample. Open Portfolio Publisher in one IE window and
two My Portfolios in another two windows. Observe Portflio Publisher displaying
"Published X of N proce messages..." and MuPortfolio windows updating stock
prices.
2) Refresh one of the My Portflio by pressing F5. Observe Portfolio Publisher
stop updating for about 10 seconds and the other My Portfolio not receiving
updates.
I would consider it a major bug as one client browser refresh has affected all
connected clients and publication was done on a topic
