[VOTE] Release ActiveIO 3.0.1

ActiveIO is still used by activemq 4.1.x and had a couple annoying  
bugs like
AMQ-704

This release is to a certain extent to test out the proposed release  
process using the maven release and staging plugins.  Geronimo also  
needs it.
