Timothy,
I've added CMake project files (for the activemq-cpp library, and examples),
and finally made it work :) I'm going to work with 'em for some time, may be
extend 'em to be more correct. Please lemme know if you're interested in
CMake-based build - I'll send CMake project files at first request. On the
bright side, CMake builds are much faster than libtool once, and easier to
configure.
