Resolution: Fixed
Updated the generator code an regen'd the commands and marshalers so that they
are properly exported from the DLL. Added the API decels to other headers that
were missing them as well. Enabled the Unit Tests and Integration Tests for
the DLL builds now in the VS2005 project files.
