Here are the instructions to reproduce the issue:

    * Create a queue with admin console
    * Post one "persistent" message in queue 'testQueue'
    * Delete queue via admin console
    * Post one "persistent" message in queue 'testQueue'

Now there is 2 messages in testQueue !
