The KEYS file is in the root of the project. Look in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/activemq/activemq-dotnet I thought a central location made more sense than having it spread into 12 different locations. - Jim

I noticed last night that the KEYS file isn't present in any of the NMS projects so we need to add that so that myself and others can import your public key in order to verify the signature.
