We should include the released activemq-core version in that spring.schema file
to avoid the spring loading the schema file from internet when user specify the
schemaLocation like this
"http://activemq.apache.org/schema/core
http://activemq.apache.org/schema/core/activemq-core-5.3.0.xsd";
