SNAPSHOT 5.5 will not start

1) Downloaded apache-activemq-5.5-SNAPSHOT-bin-2011-03-19-04-34-52.zip.
2) Ran bin\win32\InstallService.bat
3) Started the Service and it could not be started. I did not change conf files.
Attached it the wrapper.log which shows the error.
The last good version I downloaded was 3/12/2011 at 2:01am from the 5.5
SNAPSHOT directory.
