Maven performance test plugin documenation is out-dated

The documentation page for the maven activemq performance test is outdated. It
states for instance that there is currently no released version while maven
central repo contains version 5.5.0 and 5.6-SNAPSHOT (ok, that second one is no
release, but still...)
Another thing is that the pom found in "activemq-perftest directory from the
sandbox repo" does not deliver on the promises stated in the documentation :)
The parent in the mentioned pom is 5.2-SNAPSHOT.
