When you send a message that isn't of type
Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ.Commands.ActiveMQMessage (for example,
Apache.NMS.MSMQ.MapMessage) with
Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ.MessageProducer.Send(IMessage m, ...), m.NMSMessageId is
not set. This makes it impossible for the caller to use that id to identify
replies.
