Added in trunk. Functions by adding a message property
("ActiveMQ.Statistics.Broker.Reset") to the Statistics broker request message
sent to the topic ("ActiveMQ.Statistics.Broker") with a reply destination set.
The returned response will serve to indicate that to plugin is installed, and
show the reset values.
