If you already have built apr, you can replace the apr related files in the
following folders with yours.
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\adk\lib\debug8
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\adk\lib\release8
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\dll
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\Third Party Software\ActiveMQCPP\apr\include
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\Third Party Software\ActiveMQCPP\apr-iconv\include
c:\CMS_Test_Tool\Third Party Software\ActiveMQCPP\apr-util\include
