#define DECAF_MAX_TLS_SLOTS 256 in ThreadTypes.h seems to impose a limit of 51
connections for a CMS client on our systems because of its use with threading.
We would like to request this number be increased a larger value, such as 1536,
to allow a client to maintain additional connections.
