This is a call for a vote on the release of Apache.NMS.ActiveMQ v1.6.1
New in this release:
* Improved Discovery Transport and Agent API
* Improved the multicast discovery agent.
* Added new HTTP based discovery agent.
* Minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
