Suggestions: Can you please finish documenting the Authentication and Authorization sections toward the bottom (marked "work in progress" at the moment). Maybe add referring links (or details if you have it working) about how to integrate with some of the other system Shiro supports (like LDAP, certs?) For the authorization part would be great to explain the verbs allowed (create, remove, wildcards, etc) Can you also give a note about the default behavior of vm:// connectors being treated as 'system' user? Otherwise, everything looks great. Thanks for all the unit tests, that definitely makes life easier :) Keep an eye out on the next nightly builds that include this commit. Please review that nightly and verify that it's to your liking.
