The OpenWire protocol (currently the native protocol of ActiveMQ) is contained
in the ActiveMQ-Client jar along with the legacy marshallers contained in their
own ActiveMQ jar. As we start thinking about the future of ActiveMQ and it's
clients it makes sense to break out OpenWire into its own sub-project so that
future client's or brokers can use it without the need to depend on specific
versions of ActiveMQ or have to copy the code as was done in Apollo.
