A few more excludes for RAT plugin
These are necessary because for some reason the Apache CI build doesn't
recognize all the keystores as binary and it's choking on them.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jbertram/activemq-6 master_work
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/activemq-6/pull/70.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
