Bump Maven Assembly Plugin Version to 2.4
A bug in version 2.2 was causing directory permissions in the assembly file
to be ignored.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mtaylor/activemq-artemis
update-maven-assembly-plugin
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
