I think I understand what's going on now. We're setting up two publishers: one for QueueA and one for QueueB. We then fill up QueueA until the publisher window is full and can take no more messages. Next, we send a couple of messages to QueueB making sure that the blocked QueueA doesn't block QueueB. Is that correct?
