Hi all I've raised a Jira issue ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-6365 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-6365> ) and attached a patch for a bug in bin/activemq under Cygwin/Windows.
The script incorrectly manipulated the ACTIVEMQ_CLASSPATH variable after cygpath has been used to convert the paths to Windows format, leading to a variable with Win path format but a Unix path separator. The symptom is a console log message like the following: WARN | bad alias for C:\dev\java\apache-activemq-5.13.3\conf:C:\dev\java\lib: java.io.IOException: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect Cheers ........................
