There's an open PR around OSGI* and I asked a few changed because it
would "break" the APi.. but it seems this is intentionally just for
the OsgiBroker itself, being internal API and not consumed by users.
I'm still learning my ways through OSGI, so it's better to ask than
break anything.

The ProtocolTrackerCallback interface is just used internally to collect
the currently installed protocols.
So I dont think any user will use this at the moment.
