I can chime in here and JB can correct me if I'm mistaken, but as far as I am aware nothing has been done with Openwire and JMS 2.0 is not part of this release. The JMS 2.0 stuff needs to be clarified to indicate it's not true JMS 2.0 support as I believe JB was just looking at doing some basic client changes to make things more compatible on the api side (I'm not sure exactly but I don't think any new features would be added as part of the spec)
As I have pointed out many times on the dev list, adding true JMS 2 support including all the broker and datastore changes and client side protocol changes would be quite a large undertaking and would take a very long time to implement.
