Hi,

I will try to reproduce, so, I will start from ActiveMQ "vanilla" distribution 
(I’m suspecting something related to Jetty update).

I will use curl to submit message. Just to be sure, what transport connector 
are you using: http, https, ws, … to post the message (the full URL would be 
helpful) ?
