Before I close the result, I would like to highlight ARTEMIS-3856 which is a regression I caused.
When I fixed the ThreadLocal non static usages, I reverted some of Franz' code here that would be dealing with recurrent calls on resumeWrite. Some of the replication tests where a catch up is happening would cause into this issue. in all these cases a later call to unlock (resume) the channel would work fine. so I have not seen any issues other than a few warns in the running. So, should I retag 2.23.0 and close the vote now at the end or should I send another release shortly (say a week). In my opinion we should proceed with the release, but before I close the Vote I want to make sure this is not my sole opinion ... I will give until monday for this in case someone disagrees with me on finishing 2.23.0 as is.
