One detail that I forgot to mention, when logging in to the Reporter tool
to contribute to the ActiveMQ board report, first take a look in the lower
right-hand corner to see if any drafts have already been saved. If any
drafts have already been saved, you need to load the latest draft before
beginning to add your contributions. Just click on the load button of the
latest draft to load it into the Reporter tool. Once loaded, then you can
contribute your additions to the report and save a new draft.

Below is a screenshot showing a couple drafts that I have saved already:
