The DELETE clause section is written in a not-so-clear way regarding deleting a "single vertex". Some might understand that a single vertex is only one vertex, when actually it means isolated vertices (vertices with no edges associated with them). Also, the first sentence on "Delete all vertices and edges" states that "Running a Match clause will collect all nodes". The "Delete single vertex" section doesn't start with that, but it does use the MATCH clause for finding all the nodes as well.
